Q. How do you work out delivery fees?
A. We charge price dependant on the combined packed weight for the items you have bought .This means that if you buy a number of light items you will pay only the price for one delivery for all of them.eg.15 x 100g items = one delivery fee of £5.95 +vat
Q. Can I combine my order with my ebay purchases?
A.No. Due to the varying ways that prices and comissions are charged on eBay it is not possible to combine deliveries from both sites.
Q. Can I have a price for Wholesale amounts?
A. Yes, We welcome enquiries for wholesale, and we can give you wholesale prices on anything in stock. Pleae note minimum wholesale purchase is £500 excl.VAT. Please email us with your requirements and we will sort you out a quotation.
Q.Can I collect My Order?
A. No. Currently we have no facilities for collection of orders.
Q. Do you deliver outside the United Kingdom?
A. No. Currently we only deliver to U.K. addresses, not including Channel Islands, P.O.Boxes, or BFPO.Addresses. (These addresses are not insurable)
Q.Why don't you ship to my country?
A.Due to the nature of the products we sell it is only feasible to deliver goods to the United Kingdom.This is due to the fact that many tools are excessive in size or weight, or are reliant on a UK type power supply.
Q. I live in Northern Ireland,or Rural Scotland Or Offshore Islands.Is there an extra Delivery Fee?
A.Yes There is an extra charge,of £5.95+vat for delivery to these areas .
