Returns For Refund: Customers should satisfy themselves that any item they choose to buy is suitable for their intended purpose or use. Providing that the item(s) is(are) undamaged and in a fully resaleable condition along with the original invoice, we will refund the original purchase price including outward postage. Return costs will not be refunded.

Within 30 Days: Genuinely faulty goods will be replaced or at our discretion money refunded, however we must be advised of any faulty goods upon receipt of the item. Buyers must notify Tool-bargains.co.uk that they intend to return the item via email and send the item(s) back to Tool-Bargains.co.uk via a postal service that is signed for recorded / trackable online. It is the customers responsibility to pay for shipping the item back to us by the cheapest recorded method. Return costs will not be refunded.
